Minimum Order

We have no minimum order requirements.

Payment Methods

We accept visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We honor purchase orders for net terms from companies that have been pre-approved by our credit department or governmental entities. Please ask your sales consultant for terms and conditions of our COD policy.

We also offer leasing options as well. Contact your sales consultants for details on leasing options that best fit your capital needs.

Shipping Methods

Standard shipping for most orders is via VSSS delivery vehicle, unless otherwise requested or required. Deliveries made by VSSS delivery vehicle are subject to VSSS current delivery charges if order does not qualify for free delivery. Online orders are will called or shipped UPS at customer’s expense. UPS shipping and handling rates are based on order weight and UPS zones.

Backorder Policy

We do our best to maintain adequate inventory of every item we feature online and in our printed catalog. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it may be shipped at a later date as available. Back order items being billed to your credit card will not be charged until such time as they are shipped.

Warranty

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. All product warranties will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranties on the products.

Title

The seller retains title to goods herein being purchased until the purchaser pays for goods in full and at that time title passes to purchaser.

Return Policy

If we have made a mistake or an item is defective please call 1 (800) 690-0908 and ask for a sales representative. You must promptly inform us about any defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days from receipt of your order or the order is considered complete. Some of our manufacturer’s offer a “performance” guarantee on products. If within 30 days of date of purchase you are unsatisfied with the performance of the product, it may qualify for complete return pending manufacturer’s outlined policies. Please contact your sales consultant for details. There are also some items that, due to negotiated pricing, will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.

HARDWARE, SOFTWARE & SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON RETUNABLE & NON REFUNDABLE.

There are NO RETURNS after 30 days from date of purchase.

You must have an RMA number (return material authorization number) RMA’s are valid for 30 days from issuance. Please carefully follow RMA procedures (see below) after obtaining an RMA number. Items received with an expired RMA number will be refused. ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT CURRENT RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
